Saving is not the same as working - the same rule Budget Tool's own SSO settings screen enforces. Nothing here is "live" until a test sign-in succeeds below, and changing the secret clears verification again.

This showcase has no real Entra tenant to call (see docs/PPD.md), so this button simulates a successful test sign-in rather than performing a real one - the state transition it produces (unverified → verified) is the real thing being demonstrated.
