General
Is there a free plan?
Yes, for up to five people with three projects. No card needed, and you can move up whenever you like.
Do you have a mobile app?
It works in any phone browser and can be added to your home screen. There's no separate app to install or update.
Can I try it with my real data?
Yes. Anything you add during a trial stays if you carry on, and is deleted 30 days after the trial ends if you don't.
Security and data
Where is our data stored?
On servers in the UK. Backups stay in the UK too.
Do you sign a data processing agreement?
Yes, on every paid plan. Ask support and we'll send it over.
Can we use Microsoft sign-in?
Yes, on Team and Organisation. Your Microsoft account's own two-step verification is respected, so nobody is asked twice.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Export it first if you like, then it's deleted 30 days after the account closes. The audit trail keeps a placeholder instead of names.
Billing
Do you charge VAT?
Prices are shown without VAT; UK customers pay 20%, shown on every invoice.
Can we pay by invoice?
On Organisation, yes: 30 days from the invoice date, by bank transfer.
