This is a shape demonstration, not a working invite system - see
App\Showcase\Settings\PendingInvite's own docblock.
Nothing here creates a real account, and platform-admin creation is
console-only per the admin-provisioning skill's own
non-negotiable regardless of what this screen looks like.
