Invite your team
Send invitations, pick a role for each person, and resend one that expired.

Go to Users and choose Invite someone. Enter one email address per line and pick the role they should start with; you can change it later.
Each invitation lasts seven days. If it runs out before they accept, open their row and choose Resend.
Only administrators and the owner can invite people, so if you can't see the button, ask one of them.
