Tickets

New ticket

A helpdesk queue: saved views, filters, sortable columns, due times as words and an icon, an "updated" marker, and bulk actions. Open a ticket for its thread, properties and the embedded approval flow. Surveyed from Planner, Case Manager, WatchLine and Project Tracker (see docs/SCOPE.md, Phase 18). Everything is invented and lasts for your visit only.

About this page

Tickets

Switch saved views with the tabs, narrow the list with the filters, and sort by a column heading. Tick tickets to apply a bulk action. A due time is always words and an icon. Open a ticket to reply, add an internal note or change its status.

Without a mouse

Every control on this site works from the keyboard, including this panel (Escape closes it). Anything you can drag also has a menu or form that does the same thing.
