An intranet document library: category tiles that open a searchable listing, with a path back to the tiles. Every document has its type in words as well as an icon, a size, an updated date, an owner and a download. The files are placeholders; nothing real is stored. See docs/SCOPE.md, Phase 17.

Every control on this site works from the keyboard, including this panel (Escape closes it). Anything you can drag also has a menu or form that does the same thing.
