Email

The transactional emails every app ends up needing, each with a plain-text version. Table layout, inline styles and no remote image, because many mail clients ignore stylesheets and block images. Copy the files in templates/components/email/ rather than building new ones.

Reset your password

Someone asked to reset the password for your account. If that was you, choose a new one here:

https://example.test/reset-password/demo-token

If it wasn't, ignore this email: your password won't change.

Copying these into your own app

  1. Copy _layout.html.twig and _button.html.twig, then each email you need as its .html.twig and .txt.twig pair.
  2. Set accentColor to your app's own accent hex and appName to its name.
  3. Send both parts from the same values: htmlTemplate() and textTemplate() on one TemplatedEmail, with one context().
  4. Never reference a remote image, your logo included. The coloured tile in the header is the deliberate substitute.

About this page

Email layout

The branded transactional email every app copies. The preview is the real HTML an email client receives, built with tables and inline styles because that is what email clients still need.

Without a mouse

Every control on this site works from the keyboard, including this panel (Escape closes it). Anything you can drag also has a menu or form that does the same thing.
