Removed people
People removed from Northfield Health Partners. They can't sign in, but their record is kept for 90 days so they can be restored. Sample people, not real accounts.
Removing someone isn't deleting their data. It stops their access. Their tasks and documents stay with the organisation, and the audit trail keeps their name.
As the owner, you can also delete someone permanently. That can't be undone. If someone asks for their data to be erased, that's a different request: see the help centre.
