Chat panel

About this page

Chat panel

Write a message and press Enter to send, or Shift and Enter for a new line. New messages are announced to screen readers. "Receive a reply" pretends the other person wrote back, so you can see the unread marker.

Without a mouse

Every control on this site works from the keyboard, including this panel (Escape closes it). Anything you can drag also has a menu or form that does the same thing.
