A request goes through a chain of approvers chosen by its amount, and each one approves, rejects or returns it for changes. Surveyed from Project Tracker, Planner, Budget Tool, Finance Tool, Expense Manager, PO Manager and WatchLine (see docs/SCOPE.md, Phase 18). The requests and people are invented and last for your visit only.

Approval flow
Raise a request and its amount decides who has to approve it. Open a request to approve it, reject it or send it back, acting as the approver on the current step. Rejecting or returning needs a comment. You cannot decide your own request. Your changes last until you close the browser.
Every control on this site works from the keyboard, including this panel (Escape closes it). Anything you can drag also has a menu or form that does the same thing.
